The Lexus Team is open to teams of six and heats have been booked at eight major venues in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Wherever you live, you'll have the chance to compete on equal terms on a major water near your home.
Qualifiers from each heat will fish in one of three finals - English, Scottish or Welsh. Those who qualify from their national finals will then go through to the Grand Final, to be fished over two days at Rutland Water.
But don't worry if you're not a member of a club or association or if you've never tried team match fishing before.
If you want to experience the fun, thrills and excitement, you can apply as an individual angler, a couple of angling pals or a trio of trout fishing enthusiasts, we'll make sure you're part of a team of six on the day.
